Каждый ребенок по-своему талантлив. Увидеть, раскрыть и помочь реализовать этот талант – цель работы учителя. Педагог – проводник, через который к сердцу ребенка проникает добро, осознание прекрасного. Насколько полно реализует свой талант ребенок и в каких целях он будет его использовать, во многом зависит от учителя. Главный принцип – не навреди! Не навреди ни конкретному ребенку, ни обществу, в котором ему предстоит жить.
Воспитание гуманности в человеке, способном чувствовать и сочувствовать, осознающим значимость общественных интересов во многом зависит от учителя. Это воспитание должно быть основано во многом на личном примере.
