1.   Организационный момент.

- Good morning, boys and girls! Nice to see you. Take your seats.

- Look at the picture and guess the topic of our lesson. (cлайд)

- Right you are, it is “Clothes and fashion”. (слайд)

- Let’s begin our lesson.

1. Речевая зарядка.

-Remember the English words on the topic "Clothes".

-Let’s play the game “Rhymes”. I pronounce a word and you should give the rhyming word from the picture. (слайд)

bird – shirt, T- shirt, skirt

loves - gloves

rat – hat

3.   Активизация лексических единиц.

• Different clothes are made of various materials.

• Usually materials have patterns.

• Of course, all of us prefer to wear clothes of different materials, patterns and styles.

• Now we’ll devide into 3 groups. Each group will get the task : to write all the words you know about :

• Group 1 material ,Group 2 pattern,Group 3 style.

• Use Popplet.You have got 3 minutes.

• Imagine you are at the fashion show. Look at the models. Use the phrases on the blackboard to describe their clothes and style.

• Do you try to keep up with the latest fashion?

• Do you like getting dressed up?

• What style do you prefer?

• I think each of you should follow school rules  and keep up to the school style.

-Are you tired? Let`s do some exercises. Do it like this: (повторяют действия за учителем).

1. Активизация глаголов.

• Let`s remember the verbs . Look at the slide and match the verbs with their meaning.

• Now fill in the blanks. (WB ex. 2 p. 35). Well done!

1. Диалогические высказывания учащихся.

-Most of you like to go to a dance, don`t you? And you want to look classy, right?

-Open your books on page 60, read the task of ex.4. Let`s look through the expressions. --Make up short dialogues using the phrases from the sheets of paper given.

1. Аудирование текста.

-Let`s listen to the dialogue between Lisa and her brother Clive.They are going to a party. Try to understand what Lisa is going to wear.(слайд)

1. Работа с текстом.

-Read the text after the speaker.

-Answer the questions to the text. (ex.6, p.61)

-Find the expressions in the text.

        11.    Заключительный этап. Подведение итогов. Домашнее задание.

 - You have shown a good knowledge of the topic today.Your hometask will be to make up short dialogues on ex.9,p.61.
